Sally Morgan of Empire Farm has published the latest dates for courses at the farm school. The ever-popular Curing and Smoking Day has two new dates, as has the Hands-on Butchery Day. Coming up in March are the back-to-back Poultry and Pig Courses, ideal for people wanting to do both these courses on the same weekend – the perfect excuse for a weekend away. Looking further ahead, Sally is taking a Smallholder Day which will include a visit to Bite-size Farm, more news about this exciting project will appear on the farm’s blog after Christmas.
