This course looks at how we can design human ‘eco-systems’; working collaboratively with one another to care for the planet and ourselves. Building sustainable communities is a hands-on course – we get outside to learn. Includes visits to:

• Ben Law’s working woodland?
• ‘green’ buildings?
• permaculture and organic gardens?
• sustainability projects in the Brighton & Hove area
